Benefits of leasing...?
I can see that maintenance is less hassle when all the same machines or
large batches of
I can see there are fewer images to maintain
I can see it is easy to dispose of machines at end of lease
I can see capital cost is spread over life of lease
I can see benefits to budgets in that costs are predictable
I can see that there is no insurance cost
I can see that warranty is centralised and not a problem
I can see that a 24 on site warranty would be enforced by the leasing
company 
I can see that organising delivery and liaising with suppliers is
reduced

Are there other benefits  tangible or intangible?

Do all of these mean that TCO is reduced  (Total Cost of Ownership)

Have you actually done a cost benefits analysis in dollar terms
including the intangibles?

DE&T has a preferred leasing company (meaning less paperwork and better 
rates for you)

Capital Finance is the man.

We lease all our PCs : a LITTLE more expensive than buying, but the 
benefits outweigh the costs.
