[Year 12 IPM] Resource booking Software

We have been using MRBS for a number of years as well - fantastic 
product for this purpose.  We ended up acquiring a domain and external 
hosting to put MRBS, Moodle, survey software, and some other bits onto 
so that teachers could make bookings and in other ways work from home.
