[Year 12 IPM] Classes running Next Year

I did a proposal for this year to introduce VET multimedia in our school
and it got accepted. But I didn't get many students applying (hence no
class next year, but hopefully it may grow in future years, particularly
for those that are artistically inclined or looking for an alternative
hands on subject).

Many of our students already do Dreamweaver /Flash in year 9 and Director
in year 10, which is probably why (yes we have big classes in IT for years
7 to 10 -> funny about that!).
