[Year 12 IPM] IT Applications

Hi,
 
I just joined the list and will be teaching Units 3&4 IT Applications
for the first time in 2007.  My question is: any suggestions where to
start?  How to tackle this subject?  I am the only teacher doing this
subject at my school and the subject didn't run this year........
