[Year 12 IPM] Teacher absence - electronic process

Dear List

I have been asked by daily organiser about finding web process that
allows teachers to electronic post, in advance days, that they will be
absent at in services ect.

I was hoping to find a share point calendar layout..... we are on two
campuses and have one daily organiser. Any advice greatly accepted.
