Ok, that's enough motivation for me to abandon that horrid microsoft web 
  mail... it's as if they deliberately make their software stupid!!  I 
have been waiting to get my laptop so as to set up the old faithful 
Apple Mail, but predicatably it is taking forever to arrive and today I 
found out I have to apply all over again!
