[Year 12 IPM] Formats and Conventions (VITTA Exam 1 2005)

As far as I was aware the conventions were things like the account number, due by and amount payable being in the top right of the page as well things like the contact numbers being at the top of the page before the personal data.  As for the formats it would be things kine the bolding f the about overdue or due, the bolding of the total amount, the listing of the subcategories in bold and italics, etc. 
 
does anyone else have an opinion on this as if I am wrong would love to know so I can inform my students of the correct answer as they are going this exam as I type.  They have already done exam 3.

Re 2005 exam 1, question 14: is the slack time 3 days or 4? The 
answer is 3 but i cannot see how...
