On a more serious note, I am doing some study at Uni of Melb and did a
review of participation rates at high school and uni.

Are people aware that along with a general drop in IPM total enrollments
female participation rates have fallen 60% since 2000! This is a world
wide trend, but it salient to note that India aims to produce 300,000
computer graduates this year, this year! And, 90,000 female engineers!

Maybe I should publish all this.

To all VB6 Gurus,
One of my students wants to load a picture box at runtime. She doesn't 
want to place an empty picture box or image box on a form then load a 
picture at runtime. She wants to create the picture or image box while 
the program is running in response to some event.  Does anyone know how 
to code this please?
