[Year 12 IPM] Project Management

I have a new staff member aging for the yr 11 IT subject starting in a week or two has anyone got anything that will help them get through it???  they are proficient with computers but have no idea what is involved in the yr 11 classes and  the teacher that has just left took most of my notes or they have been misplaced in the remodelling of the it department buildings as so much has, so I am at a loss.

Last year I remember people discussing a very successful project management task where the students organised their schoolies vacation/activities.

 

Had a bit of a look around and can't find the task.

 

If anyone has the task or something very similar it would be much appreciated
