Can we also remind teachers that Steven Amsterdam is an engaging  
speaker who  lives locally . ( In Melbourne  )

He has already spoken at  a number of schools in 2010 and I would have  
to agree with Debbie - the author himself is a great resource for
studying the book.  If you are interested in arranging a visit please
