Greetings Year 12 English Teachers,

I am now recruiting for Melbourne metropolitan Unit 3/4 English teachers to
participate in a PhD research project at Griffith University in English
education.

My research examines the current VCE English course at Units 3/4 level by
reviewing teachers stories of their teaching of literary texts, particularly
within the two areas of Creating and Presenting and Reading and Responding.

I am seeking Unit 3/4 English teachers who would be happy to discuss their
experiences of the course. The interviews can be arranged by location and
time to suit your own schedule. Your involvement requires participating in 3
interviews, each of 1/2 hour 45 minutes duration beginning in March/April
and finishing in September 2010.

Teachers from government, independent and all other secondary sectors
welcomed. Both graduates and experienced teachers sought. I am happy to
answer any questions you have.

If you are interested in participating or would like to know more, please
contact Bree Kitt at kitt.bree.r at edumail.vic.gov.au

Kind Regards,

Bree
