Thanks for that Jan and Lauris. I'm onto it :) If anyone else knows of another possible speaker, I'd be grateful for other options.

Monica.

Hi all,

We have jumped ship, and joined the Encountering Conflict team for Context. Given that other schools have been studying this for a little while, we are wondering if anyone recommend a suitable speaker to come and address students on this context.

Regards,

Monica.

Barry Heard, a Vietnam veteran and author, has received 100% attention from our students in the past. He wrote 'Well Done Those Men' and 'Tag'. He has a website www.barryheard.com.au

Hi Monica,

Saw your query about possible speakers for Encountering Conflict. I
would like to suggest Robert Hillman - the author or The Rug Maker of
Mazar el Sharif.
Robert has spent time in the Middle East and has spoken at many
schools specifically on the encountering conflict theme.

http://www.bookedout.com.au/authors/Robert_Hillman/index.html

Please give us a call if you would like further information .

Kind Regards,
Lauris Pandolfini
