The Readers Cup is a competition for students who enjoy reading.

Usually there are between two and six teams of between two and four
students. Students are given four books to read that have been selected.

There will be four questions on each of the four books. One point is
awarded for each correct answer.

One book is selected to be presented as a creative piece. Students can
select from the following choices:

Develop a game show
Design and explain a poster
Compose a song or rap
Make and explain mural
Create an A - Z of the novel
“This is your life”

Teams are awarded one point for each of the following:

Involvement by each group member
A description of the processes used to develop your activity
Knowledge of the story and underlying themes
Effort and organisation
Creativity
Quality
Success in engaging the audience with the presentation
