[English] RE: help needed

Hello English colleagues,
I hope no one minds too much if I use the list in what some might think
of as a inappropriate way but I'm a little desperate. My son ( 30 years
old, single, doctor) has just moved down from Sydney to start work in a
general practice in Carlton, and his plans for accommodation have fallen
through. The rental market seems to be non-existent at the moment and
I'm wondering if anyone knows of something (one bedroom flat, ideally)
either short or long term. He's happy to pay a fair rent.  His email
