<p>A group in the school is doing a video advertisement to
enter into a major competition(not one sponsored by education departments).
They want to use the tune to the Rio song (Peter Allen) but change the words. Do
they need to get the approval from who ever owns the copyright to this. I assume
the answer is yes???</p>
