The back up support is superior on lenovo if you have he optional accidental damage warranty then you are unlikely to need insurance. The theft of laptops has been minimal at Fhc. Two stolen over 1 and a half Years so far. Although as it is school property the students will treat it differently, with the deployment to students, inform them that it is their property, they break it and they won't be able to keep it at the end of the cycle.
