[elearning] netbook management

We store them in trolleys in sets of 20. We have several locked cupboards or areas around the school where they are locked up. We have lots of stairs so we set them up so they do not need to go up and down stairs or cross difficult paths. Teachers can access the cupboards. They book the trolleys online.

Does anyone have advice about how to manage netbooks. We are about to buy 100 for student use.
Do we store them in the library on trolleys?
Do allow students to borrow them like books?
