[elearning] A new resource for VCE students - Merspi

Correct - http://stackexchange.com created by Jeff Atwood and Joel Spolsky.

It's very similar to the StackOverflow platform for programmers
(StackOverflow.com) if any of you have ever used that!

The biggest advantage over a typical 'discussion forum' is that the best
answers/questions are community-voted, rather than being aged out over time.
Plus, the website encourages the best responses with reputation points and
virtual badges.

Another great feature is that it can be used a knowledge base by browsing by
subject tag (e.g: Maths, English, IT-applications, etc.). This allows for
students to brush up on a particular topic and/or search for a particular
answer to their questions!
