<p><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black">I used to manufacture products similar to these back in the UK on the back of my custom surfboard business and sold them over the internet globally...<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black">I've since started making bodysurfing handplanes with my Y9 wood tech students the ones pictured are made by my current group - I delivered it as their first project and to say it proved popular
is an understatement. I used meranti with a gum stringer - they work amazingly well and offer a good level of creative variation and endless surface decoration opportunities.

<p><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black">Cannot recommend this one enough - would work with DT students or even Y8 Mand Tech...<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black">I know they're not a new thing - been around for years but a lot of kids haven't even heard of them and of course they're so much fun to use!<o:p></o:p></span></p>
