[Design and Technology] SAT accepted materials

Hi all again,
Thanks so much for the feedback on citing images for the SAT. My students
are onto it. Quality and not quantity is the way to go!
I have a student who wants to include concrete as a material for her SAT.
Our material is textiles.
Is this permissible?
It's a promotional garment.
I've tried to steer her away but she is determined.
