[Design and Technology] New study design available online

Dear colleague

 

The Product Design and Technology Study Design (accreditation period
2012 - 2016), the new study design to be implanted next year (Units 1 -
4) is now available on the VCAA website on the Future Studies page at:

 

http://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/vcaa/vce/studies/futuresd.html

 

A Study Summary and list of resources is also available on the Future
Studies page.

 

Hard copies of the new study design should be delivered to schools next
week.

 

I would like to publicly acknowledge the work of colleagues who were
members of the Design and Technology Review Committee who spent many
hours providing their expertise during the review process last year.
Also many thanks to all who provided feedback during the draft
consultation stage.
