[Cisco] Electrotechnology assessments for CCNA3 adn CCNA4

Hi Steve,

 Password requests are made through the edulists site , at the link "Request Password" for processing through a database rather than an email here, one there , another one somewhere else. If you could fill in the request form, you should get a password not much later.
