idea we were supposed to be so accountable. I always did the regi=

as a last minute thing before the auditor arrived and just listed the year's=
worth of cheques from the first to the last used. My auditor wanted to=

where I kept the cheques and was quite happy to see the 100 or so chequ=

in a manilla folder in the safe and the 2 boxes in there as

wasn’t happy with my accountable docs register – I only listed c=
heques and order
books used on a monthly basis. He said we had to list the bulk deliver=

then monthly usage including noting any cancelled ones. Previous audit=

have been happy with this and have not mentioned anything about
deliveries. On the audit letter they also mentioned invoices in the sa=

sentence. I presume they meant invoices we issued. Seems to be
