to CASES21 as I have done for several years now, but this year the Preps
won’t download by home group or year level. I know the files are there
because I have viewed them individually – they just won’t downlo=

as groups. I can download them one by one but we have 60 preps and I’d
really rather not! The Help Desk had a look remotely but couldn’t fix=
it.
