ow
aware that they cannot hand money in at our office. I let my parent communit=
y
know, the ones that complain, that money coming into the school needs to be
double counted that is why it has to go through the cash books and then to t=
he
office. We have also got payment envelopes printed with school logo. We have
drummed it into them that money is not to be left on desks as we take no res=
ponsibility
for it. All monies must go through the teachers and handed directly to the
teacher by the child or if the teacher is OK with it by the parent. Have
stressed cut off dates for money due in and it has been hard at first but no
late payments are accepted unless prior arrangements have been made. The oth=
er
thing that we were possibly looking at now we have the envelopes is a lockab=
le
box outside the office for those parents who wish to pay for excursions etc=
and
don’t want to give it to their kids for whatever reason.<o:p></o:p></s=
