cardholders to complete when using their card so that I have a record when t=

Bank account is debited. I also get them to complete an order and stap=

copy of it to the form, together with a copy of the Invoice. Other tha=

it is pretty easy as when I get the Statement from CBA I just put through a
General Ledger Payment with the details that are on the form.<o:p></o:p></sp=
