form
which I get the cardholders to complete when using their card so that I have=
a
record when the Bank account is debited. I also get them to complete a=

order and staple a copy of it to the form, together with a copy of the
Invoice. Other than that it is pretty easy as when I get the Statement=
from CBA I just put through a General Ledger Payment with the details that a=
re
