to the Justice Dept and was told that all non-teaching staff (including OSHC=

must obtain a WWC check. The only concession we were given was that any casu=
al
OSHC staff who are under 18 didn’t require a check and the young adult=

we employ who were over 18 (mostly uni students not earning a great deal of
money) did not have to have the check on the grounds that they did not work
regular hours and this was not their normal industry/career. The Justice Dep=
t was
very helpful with clarifying this issue.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
