every Friday off LWOP and it was a real pain as you had to enter all the LWO=

dates in each week, but she was able to do it. The other alternative i=

just change their time fraction. I am not sure about Salary Sacrifice=
as I was
told I couldn’t do it at one stage when I was on a contract, however,=
I
am doing it now and I am on a contract here. I wouldn’t think it=
would
be worthwhile Salary Sacrificing for just one term but they would need to ch=
eck
with SmartSalary – the charges may be more than they save.<o:p></o:p><=
