on the first day of a term (i.e. they don’t attend for duty) they ar=

entitled to be paid for the holidays, as long as they were being paid at t=

end of the previous term. This has been the case for years (28 that I can=
personally vouch for!). The same rules apply to a fixed term teacher=
that wants to cease prior to their ‘contracted’ end date. =

between resignation and retirement for employees who are in the defined

after their 55<SUP>th</SUP> birthday, it is a retirement. It is VITA=

that the correct code be used on HRMS as the GSO will calculate/pay benefi=
ts
based on what is recorded on HRMS.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT>
