have to accept that this is the date their leave begins from. Remember=

you can do a salary mischarge from 01/01/2007 until the day she goes on leav=

if you are replacing her with another staff member that you have to pay from
01/01/2007 so that you are not paying for 2 people for the same postion.&nbs=
