we had a technician from DMS call at the school to change our electricity me=
ter
to enable the change of electricity company to a new retailer – Powerc=
or.
He told me he had changed the meter in about 10 schools so far. His
paperwork did not contain any reference to DET at all, just had our school n=
ame
