<P ALIGN=LEFT><SPAN LANG="en-au"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">We have just been advised by SKM who do our paper recycling that on top of the monthly fee of $30-80 they are going to charge $5-00 per bin collection fee. As we have 4 bins this is an extra $20-00 per month. IT doesn</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-au"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-au"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">’</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-au"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-au"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">t sound much but will blow the budget big time.</FONT></SPAN></P>
