relieving at last year. If you have a post box where the postie can pu=

in letters without having to get off his bike (i.e. on the boundary fence) t=

you don’t have to pay – however if he has to come into your
building then you do have to pay. However, we were entering into
negotiations where we were going to instal a large post box inside the schoo=
l
premises (where vandals couldn’t set fire to it) and where the van dri=
ver
could drive right up to it, and that wasn’t going to cost anything.&nb=
sp;
They were going to get someone to come and let us know whether they could do
this but it was a long and drawn out procedure and I am not sure whether it=
was
