much trouble with my bank rec last week I sat on hold to the call centre with it
on speaker phone for in excess of half an hour before I got through. Faxed
in reports as requested and finally got a call back days later from a wonderful
lady in Gippsland who is helping out. She solved my problems in half an
hour - yet it actually took 4-5 days before someone dealt with
it.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
