set up a distribution list, you need to put all the parent names in the “BC”
(blind copy) part of the email otherwise every parent can see every other
parent’s email address and that may contravene privacy laws. I know
because my daughter’s school was emailing Newsletters to us and I wasn’t
comfortable with every other parent on the list being able to see my personal email
address – I figure it’s my choice to decide who I give my email
address to. Posting the newsletter to your website is a way better idea I
reckon.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
