times I look at them I am never comfortable about the available choices for some
of the on-line services provided - particularly to the library. How are
others coding things such as Newsbank (on-line newspaper search), Issues search
on-line, World Book on-line etc. Whilst they are an electronic reference
they shouldn't be added to the assets so library is out. I believe it is
probably a service (as in service provider) but it certainly doesn't fall within
the definition as per the chart of account descriptors.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
