<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#000000 size=2>Hello all,</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#000000 size=2>My implementer recently responded to
a query regarding dates on computer when completing bank recs and EOM. You
complete the bank recs as normal, only changing the CASES date that you are
working in to be the last day of the month to be reconciled, and not the
computer date, as mentioned recently on this email list. This would only
have been necessary if there was receipted or processed work in the new
month. Implementers are concerned that schools will get the wrong
information.</FONT></DIV>
