affected by the Gustec situation, you may be interested to know that an
application has been made to wind-up Gustec. It usually takes about
2-3 weeks before this type of application is determined. If a company is
put into liquidation, then that has the effect of staying any other
action. Effectively the liquidator takes control over the company to
determine what assets are available for distribution.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Comic Sans MS" size=2>If you sent payment to the old company
& are having trouble getting it back you will need to wait until the
liquidator has been appointed & then seek payment from them. It may
take some time.</FONT></DIV>
