<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Just a quick question - which I am sure someone can answer easily.</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">A teacher's 0.8 contract terminates at the end of the year and she has been rehired at 0.4. However, she is entitled to holidays at 0.8 obviously.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Do I do a change of hours at the rehire date back to 0.8 and then change them to 0.4 at 30th January so she receives her correct holiday pay??</FONT></P>
