have two queries – firstly when processing an allocation from the “Allocate
receipts, payments & journals” task in <st1:PersonName w:st="on">CASES21</st1:PersonName>
– I have allocated an amount to the wrong family – can anyone help
as to how to reverse this?<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

second query is – I had an amount of money receipted to the wrong family
(same surname), I have processed a Receipt Reversal – but how do I
allocate the money to the correct family – in “Allocate receipts,
payments & journals” the amount is still in the wrong family name.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
