tagging done once a year, but I’m aware that there are some items (eg.
computers) which only need to be done every 5 years and I believe other items
that need to be done more frequently than once a year. There’s also
the problem of items being purchased in the course of the year that I
understand are supposed to be tested and tagged as well even though they are
