this worked well for us. We made sure that we employed an extra person in admin
for the first 1-2 weeks of school so that we had time to become familiar with
the program without having to answer phones. Each school is allocated funds to
assist with paying an extra so make sure you use it. I’d be interested in
the reasoning behind discouraging schools from implementing in January, as it
worked well for us. There was no need to enter budgets twice and besides the
expected teething problems we’re happy that we did it in Jan.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

migrating to CASES21F at the beginning of a new school year. Why is this? <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
