appears they have entered into an agreement with DE&T and everyone is
changing over - depending on whether you are in group 1 or group 2. I
think group 1 must already have changed over. We are part of group 2 and
they were chasing us because we hadn't responded to an email sent to principals
(circular 177/2005). Optus used the word "mandatory" - looks like we don't
have a choice.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
