font-family:Arial'>New PRMS creditor details I put into C21F is not exporting
across to PRMS, so I’m unable to categorise my service providers for
urgent works orders as well as targeted maintenance. I’ve logged a call
with the help desk but after a number of phone calls with them nothing has yet
been done to remedy the problem.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><font size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:10.0pt;
font-family:Arial'>If I do an urgent works order and use “other” as
my service provider will the order then be exported to C21F as a 9999 creditor
key into the unprocessed PRMS orders. I’d would then be able to modify
the order with the correct C21 creditor and be able to pay them.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
