font-family:Arial'>I have been having space problems on the Cases fileserver
and I rang the call centre yesterday. After investigation the Tech guy
said we had 2.7gb of cases archive backups. Even though we had not been on
cases since July 04. He said every night the Cases still runs a backup worth
about 10-11mb on our system which was clogging up the fileserver.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'><o:p> </o:p></span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><font size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:11.0pt;
font-family:Arial'>The only way to get rid of these is to actually go into
Cases Admin (957) and Delete the archives. Apparently this will keep on
happening every night until an upgrade coming soon where it will only happen
once a week. So it is recommended that every month I go in and delete the
archive backups and only keep the really important ones. Eg. Annual .<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'>I have now deleted the Cases archives & checked the
Fileserver and I now have 3.2gb free, which will make every thing work faster.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
